The Bachelor of Science in Dialysis Technology is a four-year professional degree program affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), designed to prepare skilled healthcare professionals specializing in renal replacement therapies and extracorporeal treatments. This comprehensive program combines theoretical knowledge with extensive practical training to develop competent dialysis technologists capable of managing complex renal care procedures.
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent, having minimum 80% marks.
The selection of students for the BDT course is strictly on merit basis as decided by the competent authority approved by the Government of Kerala/Kerala University of Health Sciences.
A candidate on admission to the BDT course shall apply to the university for registration.
