Create a system for deliberate, persistent, and catalytic action to enhance the institution's performance in both academics and administration.

Functions
- The creation and use of quality standards for the institution's numerous academic and administrative activities.
- Contributing the constructive learning environment that is supportive to imparting outstanding education.
- Facilitate student, parent, and other stakeholders' feedback on institution’s processes which influence the quality in turn.
- Documentation of the different initiatives and projects that boost the quality and analysing the data for future such project’s improvisation.
- Organizing quality based efforts for the Institution, including the adoption and propagation of best practices
- For the purpose of preserving or boosting institutional quality, development, and up keeping of institution’s good will.
- Creation of a quality culture environment within the organization
