Candidate for admission should produce the following certificates at the time of admission
S.S.LC. Book
+2 Certificate
CAP Registration form
Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
Certificate of conduct from the head of the institution last attended.
Four copies of recent passport size photo.
Candidates from other universities other than Calicut University should produce the following documents as well.
1. Migration certificate
2. Eligibility/equivalent certificate from Calicut university
3. Course certificate
4. Pass certificate
The parent or guardian should be present at the time of interview for admission of the student.
