The Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology is a four-year professional degree program affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), designed to prepare skilled healthcare professionals for medical diagnostics. Curriculum: The program covers 22 specialized subjects including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Pathology, Hematology, Cytology, Histopathology, Molecular Biology, Research Methodology, and Laboratory Management.

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent, having minimum 80% marks.
The selection of students for the BSc MLT course is strictly on merit basis as decided by the competent authority approved by the Government of Kerala/Kerala University of Health Sciences.
A candidate on admission to the BSc MLT course shall apply to the university for registration.
