The 79th Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August 2025 with great pride and patriotic fervor in our institution. The entire campus was decorated with tricolor flags, balloons, and banners reflecting the spirit of freedom and unity. The celebration began at 8:00 a.m. with the flag hoisting ceremony performed by our respected Principal, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. Everyone stood in respect and pride, remembering the sacrifices of our brave freedom fighters.
After the flag hoisting, the Principal delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of freedom, unity, and responsibility as citizens of India. He urged the students to uphold the values of honesty, hard work, and patriotism in their daily lives. This was followed by a series of cultural programs organized by the students, which included patriotic songs, dances, speeches, and skits depicting the struggle for independence. These performances filled the atmosphere with pride and emotion, reminding everyone of the journey of our nation from colonial rule to freedom.
Competitions such as essay writing, drawing, and quiz contests on the theme of Independence Day were also conducted to encourage student participation and creativity. Prizes were distributed to the winners, and all participants received certificates of appreciation. The celebration concluded with the vote of thanks, followed by the distribution of sweets among students, staff, and guests.
The Independence Day celebration of 2025 was a grand success, fostering a sense of national pride and unity among everyone present. The event not only honored our freedom fighters but also inspired students to contribute positively to the progress and development of our nation.
